This is a high-field-intensity role, requiring deep market understanding, strong networking abilities, and extensive travel within the assigned geography.
Acquire and onboard distributors, retailers & BC agents for DMT, AePS, MATM, BBPS, and CMS.
Drive monthly sales, revenue, and partner activation targets.
Conduct extensive field travel (20 days/month) to meet partners and expand routes.
Manage relationships with channel partners and resolve operational issues.
Provide training, support, and market insights to improve partner performance.
Monitor competition and explore new market opportunities.
Banking experience mandatory/preferred
Background in Branch Sales, New Client Acquisition, or Payment Bank/BC Network.
Knowledge of Money Transfer, AePS, MATM, BBPS, CMS.
Strong understanding of local geography, routes, and market behaviour.
Self-starter, motivated, and able to manage business independently.
Comfortable with extensive travel and field operations.
Graduate
2–6 years’ experience in Banking/Fintech/Payments/BC Channel Sales
Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu are mandatory
