Business Development Manager (Inside Sales)

Role & responsibilities

• Set up a clear, measurable process for consistent, predictable, and steady flow of lead generations around the organization practices of Security, Hardware and Networking, Advisory, SAM and other upcoming new practices.
• Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s, opportunity inspection reviews and career development sessions for the team
• Providing strategic guidance while focusing on quantitative results
• Hiring and training a high-performing sales team
• Plan a skilling model which constantly helps the Inside Sales teams to scale and be updated on technology landscapes.
• Ensuring quotas are consistently achieved by directing the sales process and experimenting with strategies to improve close ratios
• Providing tools and benchmarks by which the sales team can measure and improve their performance
• Generating more opportunities for our pipeline and improving our growth rate
• Keeping company leadership apprised of market activity and trends, including new technology/platforms that could empower the sales team
• Managing high-profile accounts and closing key opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to spend time in the field with Customers / Partners / Consultants to effectively establish value of solutions and strengthen relationships
• You will have excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail.
• The person should have a learning mindset and one who thrives on ambiguity and is able to well structure the thoughts/services/deliverables in such an environment.
• Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-team opportunity management.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
