Business Development Manager (Inside Sales)

You are an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Manager who will be at the forefront of the company, responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads follow-up - Work on qualified leads and identify opportunities - Close end-to-end orders by understanding the requirements - Share product options via various communication platforms, coordinate product samples, share proposals, conduct price negotiations, obtain necessary client approvals, explain the sales process, and provide delivery timelines to clients - Follow up with leads and track progress - Maintain a positive and professional attitude - Manage relationships with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders - Stay updated on product and service information - Create and maintain a database of current and potential prospects - Stay informed about competing products and prospects - Negotiate and close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role - Strong understanding of B2B product industry and e-commerce - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Proficiency in CRM software - Language proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu You will also be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and Group Medical Coverage (GMC), along with an attractive incentive structure.,
