Catalog Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage and maintain our product catalog. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets and have a strong ability to manage backend product data with high accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Product Shortlisting: Collaborate with existing and new vendors to identify and shortlist relevant products for inclusion in the catalog. SKU Creation: Create new SKUs with complete, accurate, and standardized product information. Backend Data Organization: Organize backend data such as pricing, product attributes, customization options, and locations. Conduct basic image editing to meet listing standards. Data Upload & Quality Control: Upload product data into backend systems. Verify listings on the website front end and perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Backend Data Management: Maintain structured and up-to-date records of all product listings. Regularly update product information and perform audits as needed. Requirements Bachelors degree in BBA/BBM/B.Com. 2-4 years of experience in Catalog management, preferably in a corporate gifting or related industry. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets . Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data. Basic image editing skills (e.g., cropping, resizing, background cleanup).
