Job Description

The role of Business Development Manager (BDM) in our IT services division is dynamic and challenging. As a BDM, you will be responsible for lead generation, product demos, and client acquisition. Your expertise in convincing prospects, understanding regional markets, and driving sales will be crucial for the success of this role. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding clients for IT development services, building and nurturing long-term client relationships to secure projects, collaborating with technical teams to craft customized solutions, conducting market research to spot trends and growth opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in business development, specifically in B2B SAAS and EdTech sales within the IT services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role. Experience in lead generation, product demos, convincing skills, and area knowledge will be highly valued. Key skills required for this role include relationship management, client acquisition and retention, sales strategy and market research, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
