Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thane. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, prospecting, client meetings, and preparing business proposals and presentations. Additionally, this role involves negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

Experience in market research, prospecting, and identifying business opportunities
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations
Negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in the B2B marketplace is a plus
