Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Nova Exhibitions and Conferences, your role involves raising funds through the sale of sponsorship and exhibit packages for conferences. Your primary focus will be on targeting various companies, organizations, and associations to create customized sponsorship and exhibitor packages. You will attend company meetings, sales update meetings, and conference planning meetings as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of potential sponsors - Manage, maintain, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients to drive increased revenues - Develop and implement the marketing plan for sponsorship sales - Create new sponsorship propositions aligned with clients" objectives - Support association conference research projects, identify key opportunities, compile bid documents, tender documents, and sales presentations - Identify sponsorship potential for clients to generate business - Attend events and collaborate with sponsor clients onsite to ensure contract fulfillment - Maintain a sales database, report activities, and prepare contracts - Keep abreast of current market trends and developments through industry networking Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of prior industry-related business development experience - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies - Focused and goal-oriented If you are passionate about negotiation, communication, presentation, follow-ups, time management, enthusiasm, client acquisition, and retention, along with having the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to send your CV to talentacquisition@idacexpo.in.,
