1. Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for business development. The role requires consistently identifying leads, seeking business opportunities and developing strong
client relationships towards effective sales.
2. The role holder is responsible for leading a team of sales executives, guiding them to achieve set
targets in line with the business plans. The incumbent is expected to be a brand representative
and support the team in all client interactions and the negotiation process.
3. In collaboration with the team, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits, and strive
to establish a strong client relationship to convert from proposal to definite status.
4. Maintain accurate records in ERP and generate comprehensive reports that provide insights to
increase the business.
5. Keep abreast with Industry details, including price movements, construction activity, key trends,
and market dynamics
6. Ensure the team is engaged, motivated, and consistently driven towards achieving set targets
7. Monitor weekly and monthly progress as per the Target Sheet to analyze gaps and suggest
improvement areas for the team.
8. Conduct performance discussions regularly, providing feedback and handling team concerns and escalations.
1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate.
2. Master’s Degree or MBA with 8+ Years of experience in Real Estate or B2C or equivalent
3. Fluency in relevant local languages and English.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of legal documentation work in real estate will be an added advantage.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
8. Excellent team handling skills and a previous consistent Sales growth record
