Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dimapur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. The role involves managing and expanding the customer base, performing market analysis to identify trends, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. Collaboration with teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain client satisfaction is also a critical aspect of this role.

• Skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Sales Management, Revenue Growth Strategies, and Lead Generation
• Analytical skills for Market Analysis and Identifying Industry Trends
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Manage and Work with Teams to Achieve Goals
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is an added advantage
• Willingness to be located on-site in Dimapur and meet travel requirements as needed
