Job Description

Business Development Manager

Location:

Delhi / Kolkata

Responsibilities and Duties:

Generate new leads and acquire new business for the company, utilizing a personal database of relevant clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Build rapport with existing clients to secure repeat business and understand their needs.
Present new execution ideas to clients.
Track competition and industry trends.
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company objectives.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, such as partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Specific Skills:

Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the event industry.
Preferred experience in Agency/Media/Events/BTL. Skilled in business development and sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
