Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, staff augmentation, and contract staffing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HRMS) to provide temporary staffing solutions for clients' needs.
  • Identify potential SaaS sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Drive new client acquisition efforts through networking, referrals, and market research.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in C2H, Contract Staffing, HRMS, New Client Acquisition, Saas Sales, Staff Augmentation, Staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
