Job Title: Business Development Manager – General Staffing
Department: Business Development / Sales
Key Responsibilities: -
• Drive end-to-end business development for General Staffing and Hiring verticals.
• Identify, connect, and onboard new clients across industries by leveraging market insights,
networks, and relationships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation,
negotiation, to contract closure.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Procurement Leaders to
position STANCO as a trusted staffing partner.
• Ensure consistent revenue growth and achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and
client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to formulate winning
business strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
• 10–12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the Recruitment &
Staffing industry (mandatory).
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation within the General Staffing
domain.
• Strong understanding of contractual hiring, blue- and white-collar workforce management,
and staffing commercials.
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealing with enterprise clients and CXO-level decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver results under pressure and meet tight deadline
