Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers or up to

    1 year of experience

    in recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – Any stream.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    process for assigned roles.
  • Understand job descriptions and align candidate profiles accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support onboarding and documentation activities for selected candidates.
