Business Development Officer – Financial Services

You’ll work closely with the leadership team, with the freedom to experiment, execute, and eventually build a team under you as the region scales.

• Acquire, onboard, and activate strategic

  B2B partners

  across education and study-abroad networks.
• Own regional revenue targets and deliver consistent month-on-month growth.
• Strengthen relationships through structured partner reviews, visits, and escalation handling.
• Support partners with university shortlisting, GIC, accommodation, and documentation workflows.
• Represent Vidysea at major fairs, partner events, and branding activities.
• Analyze partner performance, create action plans, and improve conversion metrics.
• Work closely with leadership, ops, marketing, and product teams to enhance service delivery.

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or partnerships — ideally in

  education, financial services, or fintech

  .
• A relationship builder who thrives on creating win–win outcomes for partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with travel and on-ground execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You like taking ownership, finding solutions, and building from scratch.
