Overview

Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

U.S. Federal/Government IT clients

• Identify, pursue, and secure new staffing contracts; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, program managers, prime vendors, and federal agencies

• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction

India-based sourcing team

• Drive revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and account penetration

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with leadership on pricing and compliance requirements

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming federal opportunities

Requirements

8–15 years work experience

Federal contracting

• Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow accounts within the U.S. government sector

• Demonstrated success managing BD or sourcing teams

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work U.S. time zones when required

• Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong execution capability

Compensation
