• Identify, pursue, and secure new staffing contracts; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

• Demonstrated success managing BD or sourcing teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work U.S. time zones when required
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong execution capability
