Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Director of Operations

experienced Senior Operations Manager / Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
end-to-end internal operations
for IT services and staffing engagements.
Develop and implement
SOPs,
ERP Implementation and Automation and Process Excellence.
Drive
process automation and ERP integration
to enhance efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Technology, Delivery) to ensure seamless client service.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver executive-level reporting.
Champion
continuous improvement
and innovation in operations.

What We’re Looking For:

10–20 years of leadership experience
in IT services / staffing operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
influence without authority
.
Degree in
CS/IT + MBA
(preferred).
Global experience is mandatory.
