We're Hiring: Sales Manager (Remote)

Full-Time | 🏡 Remote | ⏰ 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

📆 Work Days: Wednesday to Monday

❌ Weekly Off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives /Closers and Appointment setters.
Own the sales pipeline, track daily team performance, and ensure targets are consistently met.
Create and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve conversions.
Monitor call quality, CRM hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and define KPIs.
Regularly provide performance feedback, coaching, and growth plans for the team.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in sales leadership roles (EdTech, Coaching)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of remote team management and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead by example with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
Comfortable working on weekends (with Tuesday as the week off).
