CTC - 8 Lakh The position of “Manager Business Development” will be responsible for developing business of Power Modules and DCDC for the Telecom & Data Server domains Duties and Responsibilities · Business development & Sales for EVDS Tec Pvt Ltd. · Achieving Individual sales targets segment / geography wise. · Engagement and hand holding prospective customers with regular visits. · Provide customers with quotations / offers. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. · Coordinate within company with all departments for smooth order execution and after sales service requirements. · Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends to ASM / RM. · Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. · Identify new markets and business opportunities. · Appropriate Reporting to ASM / RM as per company guidelines. · Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with ASM / RM. · Collaborate with ASM / RM to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. · Collaborate with ASM / RM to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Proven track record of sales of technical products in any Telecom & Infrastructure domains. · Good aptitude for electronic components · Aggressive, dynamic, confident, great communications skills in English and local languages. · Good communication and presentation skills · Good leadership skills and capable of generating business for innovative products Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualification in Electronics with PG in Business Management 4 to 5 years’ experience in Telecom Sales specifically in Power modules and DCDC Essential Skills ● Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges ● Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment ● Familiarity with process scale-up Show more Show less
