Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - ERP, based in Trivandrum. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires leading strategic planning initiatives, overseeing project budgeting, and conducting market research to support company goals. Collaboration across teams to align strategies with organizational objectives is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to identify, develop, and execute growth strategies.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret market data and assess business opportunities effectively.
• Understanding of Finance and Budgeting principles to manage project budgets and financial goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Experience in ERP software, particularly Odoo, is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics relevant to ERP solutions is beneficial.
