Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Closyss Technologies, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, leading sales strategies to drive company growth, collaborating with technical teams to align client needs with ERP and AI solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
• Understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo
• Knowledge of AI solutions implementation and project management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
