This is a full-time Business Development role located in Pune with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for some work from home flexibility. She will be responsible for generating leads, performing market research, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to acquire new clients, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to analyze market trends and data. Frequent travel to customer site for business deals closure and execution is required.
