Business Development Manager (End to End)-ERP Sales

ERP Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector
• Present and pitch our Manufacturing ERP solutions to potential clients
• Understand client pain points, map product capabilities, and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet defined sales targets
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in ERP end to end sales, preferably in Manufacturing ERP
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry pain points
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SaaS or IT solution selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Prior experience selling to manufacturing clients is a strong advantage
