We are seeking a motivated and experienced ERP Sales Manager to drive sales of our Manufacturing ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT/SaaS sales and a strong understanding of manufacturing industry needs. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the SME and enterprise manufacturing segment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector Present and pitch our Manufacturing ERP solutions to potential clients Understand client pain points, map product capabilities, and recommend tailored solutions Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet defined sales targets Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in ERP end to end sales, preferably in Manufacturing ERP Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry pain points Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SaaS or IT solution selling Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player Willingness to travel for client meetings as required Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting Prior experience selling to manufacturing clients is a strong advantage What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a growing product in the ERP space Dynamic and collaborative work environment Career growth opportunities in enterprise IT sales
