Business Development Manager & AGM-Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with

    developers, B2B partners, corporate clients, and luxury buyers

  • Drive high-ticket sales across

    residential and commercial

    portfolios
  • Conduct

    client consultations, presentations, and site visits

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage healthy lead pipelines
  • Represent the company at

    events, roadshows & industry forums

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years in

    real estate BD/Sales

  • Experience in

    luxury clientele & premium project sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
