Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand services offered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for new business development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business acquisition and revenue expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales environment.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, inside sales, team handling, leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
