Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the corporate, leisure, luxury, and visa services sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Client Pitching: Conduct compelling and persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's services and value propositions.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers and industry contacts, to enhance business opportunities and long-term partnerships.Case Study Development: Liase with various key leaders in internal departments to create and maintain a portfolio of case studies highlighting successful client engagements and travel experiences to support sales efforts.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and market activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling a diverse range of travel services to both new and existing clients.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and packages to clients, enhancing their travel experiences.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the travel industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience is a must.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
  • Familiarity with the travel industry and various travel services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel, as required.
  • Reporting experience
  • With experience in Cold calling, lead generation, content generation and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
