Identify, approach, and onboard national and regional brands for the mall
(e.g., Kajaria Tiles, Jugar, Havells, and similar brands).
Pitch the mall concept, footfall potential, and commercial advantages to brands.
Create and manage a strong brand pipeline across retail categories.
Negotiate commercial terms including lease rent, revenue share, CAM charges, and lock-in periods.
Close leasing and partnership deals within defined timelines.
Ensure maximum occupancy of retail spaces before mall launch.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for LOI, MoU, and lease agreement execution.
Drive end-to-end deal closure from first meeting to possession handover.
Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and follow-ups.
Support mall promotions, exhibitions, and launch events to attract tenants and customers.
Work with marketing teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Develop strategies to attract anchor stores and high-footfall brands.
Study competitor malls and retail formats in All over India .
Track retail trends, brand expansion plans, and market demand.
Suggest optimal tenant mix to enhance mall profitability and customer experience.
Build long-term relationships with brand owners, franchise partners, and channel partners.
Act as a single point of contact for brands during onboarding and post-leasing support.
Resolve brand concerns related to space, operations, and mall policies.
MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
3+ years of experience in mall leasing, retail real estate, or commercial business development.
Strong exposure to B2B deal-making and negotiation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Good understanding of retail brands, mall operations, and leasing models.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Preferred Background
Experience in mall projects, commercial real estate, or retail leasing.
Existing network with brands, distributors, and franchise owners.
