Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and actively collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Traveling for client meetings and industry events may be required.

• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the dental industry, digital implant technology, or healthcare sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry-related events.
