Position Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the hospital's market presence. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential new services, partnerships, and market segments. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive patient referrals and increase revenue by promoting the hospital's services to corporate clients, doctors, and other potential partners. Negotiate and finalize service contracts and agreements.
• Brand Promotion: Represent CRMS Hospital at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and services. Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, medical, and administrative teams to ensure business development strategies are aligned with the hospital's overall goals and capabilities.
• Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare
