Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential new services, partnerships, and market segments. Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), physicians, and other healthcare providers. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive patient referrals and increase revenue by promoting the hospital's services to corporate clients, doctors, and other potential partners. Negotiate and finalize service contracts and agreements. Brand Promotion: Represent CRMS Hospital at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and services. Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, medical, and administrative teams to ensure business development strategies are aligned with the hospital's overall goals and capabilities. Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
