Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager with proven experience in the L&D and coaching sector. You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, and positioning our solutions to organizations seeking top-tier coaching programs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients for coaching and L&D solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics, track pipeline, and forecast revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning to position the company as a thought leader.


Required Qualifications:


  • Mandatory: 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships specifically at companies like Simply.coach, Torch.io, Vani.coach, AntWalk, GrowthSpace, BetterUp, CoachHub, or similar L&D/coaching organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Strong network within corporate L&D, HR, or executive coaching circles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
