Job Description

Strategy & Target Delivery
- Build territory plans, funnels and forecasts; allocate targets to BDEs; ensure achievement of
  monthly/quarterly revenue and margin
- Identify focus segments (manufacturing, textiles, auto components, FMCG, agri inputs, e commerce sellers) and priority lanes.
Key Account Acquisition & Retention
- Lead closures for high value accounts; negotiate commercial terms within approval matrix.
- Conduct QBRs with top accounts; monitor service KPIs (pickup TAT, damages, delivery SLA, POD cycle, claims).
People Leadership
- Hire, onboard and coach BDEs; run weekly ride alongs and pipeline reviews; institutionalize field discipline and CRM hygiene.
- Drive a performance culture with clear dashboards and incentive visibility.
Cross

Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with branch operations for capacity planning, route/linehaul alignment, and peak readiness.
- Provide market feedback to pricing and product on rate cards, service improvements, and new offerings.
Compliance & Collections
- Maintain credit hygiene; ensure timely collections and adherence to documentation and audit norms.

Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate; MBA/PG preferred.
Experience:
4 8+ years in logistics/transport/express
B2B sales
, including
2 3 years of team leadership
with target ownership.
Competencies:
Enterprise selling, pricing & margin management, territory planning, negotiation, data driven decision making, coaching.
Languages:
Tamil & English
Other:
Own two wheeler preferred; willingness to travel across district and nearby markets
