Job Description

As a School Engagement Manager at Classess.com, your role involves visiting schools to promote technology-based educational programs. You will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with school leaders, administrators, teachers, and staff members for onboarding schools. Responsibilities: - Visit schools and effectively communicate the benefits and value of products and programs. - Build and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and staff. - Present our Products and Services and their alignment with schools" educational goals and values. - Seek opportunities for collaboration with schools, such as joint events, workshops, or competitions. - Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the modules, program schedules, and pricing. - Maintain accurate records of school visits, interactions, and leads. - Collaborate with the internal marketing and onboarding teams to ensure consistent messaging and follow-up. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our programs. Requirements: - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in an educational or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with school administrators, staff, and decision-makers. - Enthusiasm for school education activities and their impact on students" holistic development. - Ability to articulate the benefits and value of our modules to a diverse range of stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively plan school visits and follow-up activities. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets. - Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and their specific guidelines or preferences. - Basic knowledge of educational institutions and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face. Note: This position requires regular travel to schools within the designated area. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation and a laptop are essential.
