Role Description:


This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Chtrbox. The role involves driving business growth, building and maintaining key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching potential clients, creating leads and networking with industry professionals. Recognize the client's ever-evolving goals and the competitors in the social advertising sector.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to scale up business. Identify new avenues and opportunities for the company's growth.
  • Develop a sales contact plan to include direct marketing and attend industry events to build a relationship with key prospects.
  • Create proposals and presentations to pitch to the client. Share the estimate of the project with the client.
  • Work closely with internal teams (such as client servicing, execution, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure that business objectives are met.


What will come in handy:


• Experience of working in talent relations/influencer management (onboarding and/or account management) with an influencer marketing company, talent agency, film house or relevant content provider/creator.


• You’re a professional communicator with solid negotiation skills


• You’re persistent! If someone says no, you keep knocking (but with a creative / better approach, we hope!)
