Job Description

We are a growing building materials company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality construction products such as cement, AAC blocks, ready-mix concrete, tiles, and allied building materials. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we cater to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and architects. The role involves market expansion, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials market
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and pricing trends
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain outstanding control
  • Represent the company at site visits, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle field sales activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the building materials or construction industry
  • Experience in dealer/distributor management is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
