Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in a high-growth journey start-up, working closely with top-level management. Your primary objective will be to manage the complete growth funnel encompassing user acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and conversion. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, handling B2B operations, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets within the enterprise and Institutional sector (Schools, Coaching Centers, Universities, Colleges). You will be tasked with identifying and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to gain insights into industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape. Utilizing consultative selling techniques, you will engage with clients to understand their business challenges and effectively position our learning solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to tailor solutions that address the unique needs of clients. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure while ensuring customer satisfaction will be a crucial aspect of your role. Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, providing accurate sales forecasts, and delivering regular progress reports to senior management will also fall within your purview. This role requires a Full-time, Permanent, Fresher job type with benefits such as a flexible schedule and Day shift. Performance bonuses and Quarterly bonuses will be part of the incentive structure.
