Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our company’s growth. You’ll build strong partnerships with brands, agencies, and collaborators, driving new business and ensuring our creative work reaches the right audiences.

This isn’t just sales — it’s about strategic storytelling, partnerships, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach potential clients in media, entertainment, and brand marketing.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into creative briefs for internal teams.

2. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue targets through media sales, brand partnerships, and service collaborations.
  • Develop pitch decks, proposals, and pricing models with the leadership team.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage post-sale client satisfaction.

3. Market Insights & Networking

  • Stay on top of media, marketing, and content trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Generate insights on competition and market dynamics to refine the business approach.

4. Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide client feedback that helps shape services, pricing, and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in media, advertising, production, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of OTT Content Production, brand marketing, content strategy, or digital media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, curious, and confident in exploring new markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines simultaneously.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (but not mandatory).
