Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Bhutani Alphathum Sec 90 ( Nearest Metro Station is 137)
Reports To: Head of Sales / Director – Business Development

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base in the real estate sector. The role involves identifying potential investors, developers, and buyers, as well as managing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property investors, brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts in line with company policies and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to execute business plans.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

  • Good understanding of the real estate market, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property consulting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
  • Experience in handling high-value transactions and corporate clients is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
