The role involves providing expert counselling, assisting with university/course selection, application processes, visa guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition for students to their chosen international institution. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including course options, universities, career prospects, and admission requirements. Guide students through the entire application process—university selection, documentation, admission applications, SOPs, and visa procedures. Stay updated with international education systems, entry requirements, scholarships, and new programs. Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops in schools/colleges to promote study abroad opportunities. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities. Maintain accurate student records and follow up to ensure a smooth application journey. Meet monthly enrollment/admission targets. Provide post-admission support such as visa counseling, accommodation guidance, and pre-departure briefing. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or student recruitment. Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, visa processes, and application procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
