We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate with expertise in telecalling, subscription sales, cold calling, and exceptional convincing abilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business by generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and achieve significant milestones in sales and revenue
CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct outbound calls to introduce products/services, implement sales strategies, and convert leads into customers. - Engage leads and prospects through follow-ups, emails, and other channels to nurture relationships. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. - Coordinate internally for smooth order execution, monitor market trends, and provide performance updates.
REQUIREMENTS: - 2 to 4 years experience in subscription sales, telecalling, cold calling, or related fields. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to articulate product/service features and close deals. - Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
