We work with startups, SMEs, and global clients to turn ideas into scalable digital products. Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue and growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound efforts (emails, LinkedIn, cold calls) and inbound channels. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in various industries. Understand client needs and propose appropriate technical solutions (web/mobile/software development). Collaborate with the tech team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Close business deals and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on sales performance and market trends. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven track record in B2B software sales / IT services (minimum 3 years preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), technologies, and current IT trends. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Nice to Have: Prior experience in international markets (US, UK, Middle East). Knowledge of SaaS sales, custom app development, or enterprise software. Technical background or education (e.g., B.Tech, BCA, MCA) is a plus.
