Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our customer base and achieve our growth targets. You will be the face of the company, responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other outreach channels. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present company offerings. Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and business cases ensuring compliance with company policy. Promote the company’s products/services addressing client objectives and needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, technical) to deliver tailored solutions. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Track sales performance, forecasts, and report metrics to upper management.
