Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to oversee marketing operations, manage dealer relations, and support key business functions. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution of activities to ensure smooth operations, timely dispatch, and effective marketing strategies. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing plans and maintain updated dealer and executive lists. • Coordinate and prepare planning materials, including printouts, samples, and projection plans. • Oversee stock maintenance and ensure accurate product inventory records. • Support in preparing and sending GST filing documents and assist with bill payments. • Plan and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery. • Verify dispatch documents (LR copies) and share them with respective dealers. • Follow up with debtors to ensure timely payment collection. • Maintain expense records and payment received files for marketing activities. • Assist with production planning when necessary. • Gather and compile data from executives for new product development initiatives. ⸻ Key Skills & Competencies • Strong planning and organizational skills. • Good communication and coordination abilities. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or operations. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing systems is an advantage. ⸻ What We Offer: • Exposure to marketing, product planning, and operational management. • Growth potential in a fast-developing business setting.
