About Us

Sowbarnika School of Fashion & Costume is a leading fashion school dedicated to shaping the next generation of designers and creative professionals. We provide industry-driven training, hands-on learning, and global exposure to help students excel in the world of fashion and costume design.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our student base, strengthen institutional collaborations, and drive brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a flair for marketing, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads to increase student enrollments.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and industry stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run digital and offline campaigns.
  • Conduct follow-ups with inquiries to maximize admissions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for admissions and partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports, competitor insights, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student admissions (experience in education/fashion industry preferred).
