Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our student base, strengthen institutional collaborations, and drive brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a flair for marketing, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads to increase student enrollments. Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and industry stakeholders. Plan and execute promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to run digital and offline campaigns. Conduct follow-ups with inquiries to maximize admissions. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for admissions and partnerships. Provide regular reports, competitor insights, and market feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student admissions (experience in education/fashion industry preferred).
