Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in overseas marketing, e-commerce solutions, and ERP/IT sales, your primary role will involve driving international business growth, nurturing client relationships, and strategizing to enhance the company's global market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet international sales targets. - Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities in global markets. - Cultivate and uphold strong partnerships with clients and collaborators worldwide. - Lead negotiation processes, create proposals, and close deals for ERP, e-commerce, and IT services. - Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to tailor offerings accordingly. - Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, product) to ensure client contentment and project success. - Act as the company's representative at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events. - Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports for management evaluation.
