Job Description

Purved Innovators is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and revenue growth efforts in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing sales, a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets. - Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, cold outreach, online platforms, and industry events. - Present customized digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Development. - Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by understanding their business and marketing objectives. - Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Content, Paid Ads, Design) to ensure seamless project delivery. - Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform business development efforts.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems. - Assist in proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract negotiations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency. - In-depth understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Preferred Skills - Strong network within industries like eCommerce, real estate, and tech startups. - Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and ROI-driven strategies. - Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
