Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Rajkot

We are looking for an experienced BDM (5–7 years) with proven success in B2B sales, deal closures, and client relationship management.

Key Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Experience in inbound & outbound business development
  • Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client meetings & close deals
  • Manage proposals, negotiations & follow-ups
  • Generate new opportunities via calls, LinkedIn & email
  • Maintain long-term client relationships & upsell services
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports

Qualification: Graduate (Business Development/Sales/Marketing preferred)
