With a monthly production capacity of 7+ lakh components, 26 CNCs and 25 Traubs, we are suppliers to Tier-1 companies like Imperial Auto, Motherson, Allenberry and are now expanding to OEMs (Mahindra, Escorts, JCB, TAFE, etc.). ⸻ Role & Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Manage vendor registration, documentation, and follow-ups with purchase departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and SCM teams in Delhi NCR, Manesar, Pune, Chennai. Prepare and submit quotations, samples, and negotiate pricing. Coordinate with production/QC team for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing. Represent the company at ACMA/Auto Expo and industry events. ⸻ Requirements Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Business (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales in automotive components (nuts, bolts, assemblies, or hoses preferred). Strong network in OEM purchase departments (Mahindra, Escorts, JCB, Tata, Ashok Leyland is a plus). Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently to OEM plants across India. ⸻ Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Language: Hindi and English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
