Job Description – Business Development Manager (Mohali)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Regional Head / Business Head

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Mohali and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and premium clients.
• Present company products (Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes) effectively, highlighting customization, quality, and premium value.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to generate leads and brand visibility.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely project closure.
• Coordinate with design and project execution teams for smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client meetings, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums in the region.

Key Requirements

• Graduate / MBA preferred, with 4–8 years of experience in sales/business development (interior, real estate, luxury retail, or related industry).
• Strong local network with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients in Mohali/Chandigarh region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.
