We specialize in Domestic & International Tour Packages, Air & Train Ticketing, Visa Services, and Medical Tourism Solutions.

Position Overview:-

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business network and drive revenue across all service verticals — Travel, Forex, and Medical Tourism.
The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leading initiatives that contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify, develop, and maintain B2B and B2C client relationships for travel, forex, and tourism services.
  • Generate new leads through networking, corporate tie-ups, institutional visits, and digital channels.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, travel agents, and hospitals for mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Prepare and present customized travel and forex proposals for clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business expansion goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, travel exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Finance Teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Corporate Alliances, preferably in the Travel or Forex industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently and in teams.
